We are all about food made from scratch, so making our own tempeh was a big wish. No we do, with a little help from Manenwolf we make our very own vegan sausages.
Normally tempeh is made from soya beans and has a large footprint.
We prefer to keep it local, better for the world. With a mix of different beans, to make them extra tasty.
After the sausages are prepped, we hang them in a cabin for 40 hours in a constant temperature of 32 degrees. When you are in the bistro you can see them hanging. And obviously the tempeh is on the menu, so go on and try for yourself.
