Eva & Kazuma, both artists in their first discipline, worked in the Rotterdam food scene before venturing on their own food experiment.
Having spent the last year working together in various pop up settings, the friends will now be ‘chef in residence’ at Op Het Dak.
This time around the menu will feature the likes of a Japanese style curry, kimchi sushi, gyoza, natto and azuki lemper.
Oh boy, this you don’t want to miss.
HOW DOES IT WORK
Doors open at 15.00.
They serve (late) lunch & dinner, from 15.00 until 20.00.
You can place your order at the counter in the bistro.
